Always up to somthing

This morning, I'm cleaning up the breakfast dishes, and Hayden (2) disappears. For a moment I don't care, but then it seemed a lot longer. Curious mommy, I hike up the steps only to fine her covering the sink with toothpaste. She had already covered her face , the tube is now half empty. All I could do is take a picture and laugh with out her seeing.
There are so many times she gets herself into these situations, I hove no idea what to say. She is so stinking cute! :)

I have figured out what I'm going to do with Hayden. Found this blog "Tot school" has a fabulous idea about tot trays. I will give it a try and see how she does. I'm sure she will love anything I plan for her, she loves time!!!
Gianna has done a great job getting into the activities we started this week . One day at a time. I'm only planning on 3 set activities until we get the rest of our books for itty bitty bookworm. Can't wait to start that!

CSA Farming!!!

What an idea! I had no idea until this week. You know when something it so new to you ... and you hear about it 5 times in one week. Well that is what happened about this CSA farming. You buy a share/ or half share to a local farm and the deliver veggies/ fruit, whatever has grown... If I had land I think I would do this. Its Awesome. A family job, and a community that benefits. Food will always be needed, just not so much from the grocery store hopefully! just a thought!

Time

Is time really the same forever. Was last week just as fast as the week before? Or was there really not the same amount of hours in today as there was yesterday. I'm faced with the this feeling when I'm busy. Where did my time go? Why do I not have enough to just sit and do nothing? What am I doing wrong that keeps me from spending more time with my Creator?
I am continually reminded of what is important and what really doesn't matter.
Like my kids, I should be spending more time with them, training their hearts, and teaching them things that are important. That has so much eternal value then the things I may fill my time with. Which most the time crowds up my time and eats it away. I want to be more conscientious about wasting valuable time. Like this computer.. ugh get me off!!!! haha

Today in efforts to get Gianna to take a nap.... failed miserably.
I found her with my pillow taken out of its cover with feathers all over the bed and floor. She sat there laughing!
Great day at story time though! Played with our friend Jillian and had lunch... Hayden enjoyed being with Jillian more then Gianna. What is with the attitude?

Itty-Bitty Bookworm

Hey my friend Hope Shuert sent me this blog site called Homeschool Creations (http://homeschoolcreations.blogspot.com/) ...gotta look it up! Found out about this prek curriculum called Itty-Bitty Bookworm. It offers the most comprehensive curriculum available by providing a learning environment that kids can wrap their minds around. I'm so excited, Gianna spends most of her time reading during the day, telling the story as she has heard it!
Having all this at my fingertips (including the Bible Story Unit) gets me excited about teaching and learning with my kids. Makes it that much easier to invest and diversify their education!
